What’s your return policy?

  • NastyTruckNetwork.com will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per NastyTruckNetwork discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • Eligible refunds made within 60 days after receipt will be credited for the item’s purchase price in the original form of payment.
  • Any other return/exchange will fall under the Insurance Guarantee policy for merchandise credit or merchandise swap.

NastyTruckNetwork.com also offers the Insurance Guarantee, our totally easy return policy.

Why is a product labeled preorder and why is it less expensive?

We offer a significant pre-order discount on products that have been approved to produce but are not yet in stock. Generally, a pre-order product will be available to ship within a few weeks as it makes its way through the production cycle. To compensate customers’, wait time, we offer the pre-order discount.

How do your shirts fit?

Each product in the description has a sizing chart, feel free to click on whatever item you’re interested in and check the sizing.

Will you be getting ______ back in stock?

We release new products all the time; sometimes that means that older designs are recycled to make room for our newest designs. Any items no longer on the site are out of production. We advise you to fill out a hurt feelings report, and standby for your next favorite shirt to appear. Sometimes you will find that your size is currently sold out. Don’t worry we got you covered! If we plan on restocking that size, just click the button below the size selection that says “Email when available”, once we get that size back in stock you will be the first to know!

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

Depending on the item, and stock we generally only allow 1 coupon per order.

Can I use a coupon on a Preorder?

Unfortunately, while the product is still on Pre-order no discounts will be provided.

Are all items made in the USA?

Yes, all of our items are made, packaged, and shipped right here from the USA. We have 4 different locations for shipping. Texas, New York, Michigan, and North Carolina. Depending on product availability, your orders may not all show up at the same time. So keep that in mind.

The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?

Don’t worry, you’re still allowed to order. Your order will be placed on back-order, and as soon as we get stock we’ll ship it right to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do. However please check our shipping and handling policy HERE before doing so. Our shipping rates are a little higher.
