  3. We’d love to hear what happened for your item to get damaged. Were you being a dumb*** and changing injector lines with 5million PSI and decide to use your apparel item as a shield but it didn’t work, so now you’re left with nothing but limbs hanging?

“I ordered the wrong size, can I get the right size?”

Just send your item back to us, and let us know what size you need. We’ve got you covered.

“I can’t find my shirt on your website anymore, can I still get it?”

We will do our best to get you the same shirt. In case we don’t have it, we will exchange it for a NTN shirt of your choice of equal or lesser value!

“My shirt was lost/stolen, can I still Insurance Guarantee it?”

Unfortunately, we do need the item sent back to us to honor the Insurance Guarantee.

“Can I just get a refund?”

NastyTruckNetwork.com will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per NastyTruckNetwork discretion) and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 60 days of receipt

“Will you send me a return label to send my Insurance Guarantee to you?”

You will need to cover the shipping when sending your insurance Guarantee to NastyTruckNetwork. We will cover the shipping when we send your new shirt.

“How long does it take to process my Insurance Guarantee?”

Once we receive your Insurance Guarantee in the mail, you can expect to hear from us within 72 business hours to begin your process

“How will I know you received my Insurance Guarantee?”

When sending us your package, make sure you get a tracking number. This will be the number one way to make sure we receive it. NastyTruckNetwork is not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us. Once we receive your Insurance Guarantee you will hear from us within 72 hours.

“I bought my NastyTruckNetwork shirt from a 3rd party, can I still do a Insurance Guarantee?”

Unfortunately, the Insurance Guarantee is to our customers.

“What is this Package Insurance?”

We’re establishing a new insurance that cover the loss of your items during shipment. The insurance is $3.00/per product and you have the option to opt-out of it. Please be aware that if any of your items are lost during the time of shipment you are not subject to a refund or reprint. We cannot control how the shipping companies work, we’re only responsible for printing! Once the item leaves our facility we’re no longer responsible. While we have made it easier for only $3.00 we will reprint and ship for you. Please be aware that if you enter the wrong address, and it is returned to us YOU ARE responsible for shipping cost.
The shipping insurance is only valid for ONE(1) reprint per product you OPT-IN for. We reserve the right to refund/cancel your order at anytime. Start date: 12/22/2022
