We do not offer a refunds! As stated in the return policy, “We print per order, once the item is printed, we cannot and will not accept a return of the item under no circumstances.”
Please make sure you check your bank statements after the order, we’re not responsible for double charges if you order twice. We sometimes catch it and refund immediately. Our web software is very strict and we do our best to satisfy each and every customer.
If refund approved, we will credit the item back with in-store credit ONLY! Under certain circumstances we may additionally refund it back to your source of payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES! All regular priced items are final.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To insure your item is delivered to us, please place tracking on your returned products, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.
