Shipping Policy

Q: What places are you not able to ship to?

A: We ship worldwide but full tracking is only provided for these countries:

Canada
Great Britain
Germany
France
Italy
Spain
Australia
New Zealand
Singapore
Belgium
Netherlands
Denmark
Finland
Sweden
Switzerland
Ireland
Israel
Poland
Portugal
Brazil
Croatia
Estonia
Gibraltar
Hungary
Latvia
Lithuania
Luxembourg
Malaysia
Malta

Any countries that are not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the international carrier. For these countries we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been given to the international carrier.

We do not ship to the following:

Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia and Sudan.

Q: Overnight, how long does it take to process & ship?

Our overnight process takes roughly a day before we ship, you must submit your order before 12pm (CST) the following day of the order to be considered overnight. Or else it will fall into the next business day.

Q: What is your replacement/return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Q: How does holiday shipping work?

We do our best to work with customers, please remember we process hundreds, if not thousands of orders a day, so if you order right before a holiday or weekend holiday expect your package to be processed the following business day after the holiday.

Q: Why would a package be returned?

A: Most likely the package was returned due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package remaining unclaimed or refused/returned by your customer. If a package is returned to NTN, it will be donated upon receipt. We will not be contacting you if you returns a package for any reason. No package should ever be returned by customer voluntarily! The merchant is not responsible for replacing the package if the address error was a customer error.

Q: How long does it take for buyers to receive their merchandise?

A: On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-6 days for domestic and 1-4 weeks for international).

Q: What if we picked the wrong size or color, can I change it?

A: Our production facility is automated for processing orders as fast as possible so you get the order ASAP. Unfortunately, because of our automated process, any requests to change an order must be submitted before the item has entered production.  So please make sure if you make a mistake you contact us within the 1st hour of ordering or else we cannot change. All orders will be final otherwise.
